As someone who prefers an easy and healthy breakfast, I am always looking for the next available smoothie combination that can leave me feeling full without any guilt of breaking any diet. Well this smoothie is fairly easy and delicious at the same time and very healthy I am pretty certain the doctors would give it a thumbs up.
1.1 cup plain yogurt
2.½ cup blueberries
3.2 tablespoons of honey (add more if you like your smoothies sweeter )
4.1 tablespoon of ginger 5.1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients into a blender, blend, and serve immediately.
