Breakfast is such an important meal of the day and it is also important to start the day with a healthy bowl of oats. When it comes to oats, it might get to a point where you find them a little dull and boring so I have spiced it up by adding some chia seeds, banana, and a variety of berries.


1.1 cup of oats

2.1 tablespoon of peanut butter

3.¼ cup blueberries

4.¼ cup raspberries

5.1 teaspoon of chia seeds

6.1 banana

7.1 tablespoon of maple syrup


1.Add 1 cup of oats into a pot and add about ½ a cup of boiling water or more depending on how well cooked you prefer your oats

2.Put the pot on a stove and continuously stir and add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and continue to stir.

3.Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

4.Transfer the oats into a cereal bowl and add banana cut into thin round slices

5.Add the blueberries and raspberries

6.Add maple syrup

7.Serve while still warm and enjoy.
